The Listing Committee held on 02/02/2022 has approved the following:
1- Listing the company's authorized capital increase from EGP 80 million to EGP 200 million.
2- Listing the company's capital increase from EGP 29,380,845 to EGP 88,142,535 such capital increase amounted to EGP 58,761,690 distributed over 11,752,338 shares at par value of EGP 5 per share, such capital increase paid in cash through rights issue for the company's existing shareholders.
These new shares shall be added to EGX database starting 07/02/2022 trading session.
