WHAT:

  Southern California Edison (SCE) will officially connect to its neighborhood power grid seven more solar photovoltaic installations on Feb. 1, 2011. The utility has just completed installation of 67,000 advanced solar panels on seven large distribution warehouse roofs in Redlands and Ontario. The new sites will bring to 10 the number of SCE neighborhood solar generating stations online and serving customers. Others are under construction or being planned.

- Representatives of Southern California Edison.
- Representatives of the owner of the seven buildings – ProLogis.
 

PARKING:

Parking will be available immediately adjacent to the briefing locations.
 

Note: At each event location guests will be invited to walk up a 40-foot construction stairway to view one of the rooftop installations. For safety reasons, attendees are asked to wear flat, closed-toe shoes and women are encouraged to wear a pants outfit.
