Echelon Corporation Announces the Resignation of Kathleen B. Bloch as Senior Vice President and General Counsel, with Effect from April 30, 2013

On April 12, 2013, Kathleen B. Bloch, Senior Vice President and General Counsel for Echelon Corporation and one of the company's named executive officers in its proxy statement dated April 9, 2013, resigned from her position as an officer and General Counsel of the Company. Ms. Bloch's resignation will be effective April 30, 2013.
