EAT&Co., Ltd. (TSE:2882) acquired the remaining 10% shares in Food Runner Co., Ltd. from Yoshihiro Matsuda for JPY 2 million on July 15, 2014. The transaction involved acquisition of 40 shares. Yoshihiro Matsuda retired as Representative Director on July 15, 2014. Yasuhiro Fukushima, Eat&co., Ltd. General Manager joined as Representative Director of Food Runner Co., Ltd.

Eat&Holdings Co Ltd, formerly Eat& Co Ltd, is a Japan-based company engaged in the production and sale of frozen food products, as well as the operation of restaurant chains.
