Eastern Printing Public Company Limited Appoints Yupaphan Ekasittikul as Audit Committee Member

The Board of Directors of Eastern Printing Public Company Limited at a meeting on May 4, 2018 has resolved to appoint Mrs. Yupaphan Ekasittikul as an Audit Committee Member and Independent Director replacing the resigned director, which is effective from May 4, 2018 onward.
