The Board of Directors Meeting of Star Sitthi Solution Public Company Limited No. 6/22, held on August 15, 2022, resolved to approve the appointment of additional sub-committees, namely the Risk Management and Investment Committee, by being separated from the original committee, which is the "Nomination and Remuneration, Corporate Governance and Risk Management Committee" with the following names:

1. Pol. Maj. Gen. Chirarak Sithiphand	the Risk Management and Investment Committee.
2.	Mr. Siridech	Khumsuprom	the Risk Management and Investment Committee.
3.	Mr. Phongphat	Chittanurak	the Risk Management and Investment Committee.
4.	Mr. Thanakit	Achariyasombat	the Risk Management and Investment Committee.

However, the chairman of the Risk Management and Investment Committee and the new secretary will be chosen following the committee's initial meeting.
