On 22 January 2014, EEP completed the disposal of the Yellow Building and Asmali Cumba (both in Asmalimescit Street, Beyoglu, Istanbul) for a cash consideration of USD 1,568,000 (plus VAT).
The sale of the properties for USD 1,568,000 (approximately GBP 946,000) has crystallised a gain (before transaction costs) of approximately USD 830,000 (GBP 501,000).
The sale price is 2% lower than the 30 June 2013 DTZ Debenham Tie Leung valuation (in USD terms).
