Scott Hamberger has been elected to the boards of Eagle Financial Services Inc. and Bank of Clarke County, effective January 1, 2016. Mr. Hamberger is President and CEO of Integrus Holdings Inc. which he helped co-found in 1993. Along with his corporate responsibilities, Mr. Hamberger is active in his communities.
He is a member of the board of trustees for Marymount University and a member of Inova Loudoun Hospital Center's board of directors. Mr. Hamberger is a past president of the Loudoun County Chamber of Commerce and past chair of the Loudoun County CEO Cabinet.
Eagle Financial Services, Inc. is a bank holding company for Bank of Clarke (the Bank). The Bank offers a range of retail and commercial banking services, including demand, savings and time deposits and consumer, mortgage and commercial loans. The Company operates in three reportable business segments through the Bank: community banking, marine lending and wealth management. The Bank has over 13 full-service branches, two loan production offices, and one drive-through-only facility.
