The Board of Eagle Financial Services Inc. and Bank of Clarke County at board meeting held on December 18, 2012 appointed Mr. Robert E. Sevila to both boards effective immediately. Mr. Sevila will stand for election as a director at the 2013 Annual Meeting of Shareholders. The company has not determined the committee(s) to which he will be named.
