On September 27, 2019, James W. McCarty, Jr., Executive Vice President, Chief Administrative Officer and Secretary of Eagle Financial Services, Inc. left his employment with the Company effective as of September 27, 2019.
Eagle Financial Services, Inc. is a bank holding company for Bank of Clarke (the Bank).
