(Alliance News) - E-Globe Spa reported that Ecan Holding Srl, linked to Antonietta Lucente, has acquired 21,000 ordinary shares in the company.
The shares were taken over at an average unit price of EUR1.4143, for a total consideration of EUR29,700.30.
E-Globe gives up 4.2 percent to EUR1.36 per share.
