Dongyang S.Tec Co.,Ltd (KOSDAQ:A060380) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to 100,000 shares for a total of KRW 304 million. The purpose of the program is to improve shareholder value and to stabilize stock price. The program will expire on December 27, 2017.
