Dongbuka No. 13 Ship Investment Company (the Fund) is a Korea-based investment fund company. The Fund aims to achieve capital growth for investors through investing in the building and long-term chartering of a single vessel through its subsidiary, High Speed 7 Shipping Company S.A. It owns a container ship weighing 4,700 twenty-foot equivalent units (TEUs), named Hyndai Goodwill, built by Hyundai Samho Heavy Industries. The vessel has been chartered to Hyundai Merchant Marine Co., Ltd. for 12 years from the point of delivery. The investment manager of the Fund is Korea Marine Fund Corporation (KOMARF) and the custodian company is Korea Development Bank (KDB).
