Dometic Group AB Approves Dividend, Payable on April 22, 2022

Dometic Group AB (publ)'s proposal by the board of directors, the annual shareholders' meeting resolved on a dividend to the shareholders of SEK 2.45 per share. It was further resolved that the record date for the dividend should be April 19, 2022, which means that the dividend is expected to be distributed by Euroclear Sweden AB on April 22, 2022 at its AGM held on April 13, 2022.
