The Management Board of Dom Development S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw announces, that on 7 March 2017, the 85,830 (eighty-five thousand, eight hundred and thirty) W series ordinary bearer shares of Dom Development S.A. with a nominal value of PLN 1 (one Polish zloty) each have been admitted to stock exchange trading in the main market by a Resolution of the Management Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange No. 201/2017 dated 7 March 2017.
Moreover, the Management Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange have decided to introduce the said W series shares of Dom Development S.A. to Stock Exchange trading in the main market under the standard procedure as of 10 March 2017, provided that these shares are registered with the National Depository of Securities on 10 March 2017 and assigned the "PLDMDVL00012" code.
