QBE Insurance Group is entering a multi-year deal to license the RMS Cyber Accumulation Management System, enabling QBE's growing cyber business to model a range of potential cyber catastrophes to determine the potential impact of a wide-scale systemic attack. New data from Trepp, a dmgi business, is revealing that in December 2016 the delinquency rate for commercial real estate loans in commercial mortgage-backed securities (CMBS) reached its highest level since October 2015. The latest Trepp CMBS Research Report revealed that the delinquency rate climbed steadily after a positive start to last year, as loans from 2006 and 2007 reached their maturity dates without being paid off via refinancing.
