DistIT and its subsidiaries have decided to stop all sales to Russia and Belarus due to the ongoing invasion of Ukraine.
 
The situation is exceptionally worrying. Our thoughts are with the people of Ukraine who are suffering badly from the Russian aggression and invasion. We fully support the EU and the Nordic countries' sanctions and we also try to contribute in the way we can in our activities to help the Ukrainian people and the state of Ukraine, says Robert Rosenzweig, CEO of DistIT.
 
The DistIT Group has taken the following measures:
 
- The parent company DistIT provides financial support of SEK 100,000 to the Red Cross in Ukraine.
 
- The subsidiary Aurora Deltaco has stopped selling products to Russia and Belarus. DeltacoBaltic has donated powerbanks and other products requested by the Red Cross.

Goods can not stop the humanitarian crisis, but we have donated powerbanks to ease the situation for the Ukrainian people. We have also complied with the Red Cross' request for assistance at the Lithuanian-Belarusian border and have already sent supplies, for example microwave ovens and refrigerators, via our Lithuanian company. AuroraDeltaco has a wide range of products and we are reviewing how we can continue to support the population in Ukraine and the refugees in the immediate area. Next we for example are preparing a shipment of 27,000 batteries to Ukraine, says Martin Gutberg, CEO of AuroraDeltaco.
 
- The subsidiary Sominis Technology, which is based in Lithuania, provides support of 10,000 Euros to Ukraine.
 
 We are sending support to Ukraine and its people in their defensive fight against Russian aggression and invasion. We Lithuanians encountered the price of freedom and therefore encourage all our friends to support the fight for freedom in Ukraine and send their donations to Ukraine charity organizations, says Mindaugas Apanavicius, CEO Sominis Technology.

The total sales to Russia and Belarus represents a very small part of the Group's total revenue, hence the impact on revenue and earnings is estimated to be small.
