DIGITAL VALUE COMMUNICATES THAT IT HAS RECEIVED THE FINAL NON-EFFECTIVE AWARD OF

THE EUROPEAN OPEN TENDER FOR THE AWARD OF A FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT FOR THE PROVISION OF IAAS AND PAAS CLOUD PRODUCTS IN A PUBLIC DELIVERY MODEL, FOR PUBLIC ADMINISTRATIONS - ID 2213 - LOT 1 FOR AN INDICATIVE ESTIMATED VALUE OF 390,000,000.00 EUROS OVER 24 MONTHS.

Digital Value (Ticker AIM: DGV) announces that it has received the final non-effective award, through its subsidiary Italware Srl (Principal at 70%) in the constituting RTI with the company Infordata Spa (Principal at 30%) using the services of the CSP Oracle, of the European Tender open procedure for the award of a Framework Agreement concerning the provision of Cloud Iaas and Paas products in a public delivery model, for Public Administrations - ID 2213 - Lot 1.

The awarding of the contract sees the RTI Italware Srl/Infordata Spa, in line with the dictate of the tender which provided for a plurality of CSPs/Suppliers, inserted in a context of "players" of high strategic value representing as many CSPs as :

• RTI Almaviva - Engineering D.Hub with Amazon Web Service technology;
• BT Italia with Microsoft technology;
• Telecom Italia with Google technology;
• RTI Italware - Infordata with Oracle technology.

The indicative estimated value of the Framework Agreement, representative of the summation of the maximum presumed amount of the specific Contracts/Orders that will be entrusted by virtue of the same Framework Agreement, is equal to Euro 390.000.000,00 (three hundred and ninety million/00 €), and the duration of the Framework Agreement is 24 months, for specific contracts with a maximum duration of 36 months.

Being present among the actors of this initiative, reinforces the transformation process already undertaken for some time by the Digital Value Group, alongside and in support of the digital transformation strategy of the Public Administration.

Transformation that cannot but pass through the adoption of the Cloud paradigm as a digital "booster" of the Country System, enabling a real revolution in the way of thinking about the processes of delivery of PA services to citizens, professionals and businesses and, last but not least, enabling factor to :
