Devro plc Announces Management Changes

As announced on 11 December 2017, Peter Page will step down in February 28, 2018 as Chief Executive of Devro plc, to be succeeded in this role by Rutger Helbing, currently Group Finance Director. Matthew Peacock will assume the role of Interim Group Financial Director. Matthew has been Group Financial Controller of company since 2012.

The Company is a supplier of collagen casings for food, used by customers in the production of a variety of sausages and other meat products. Its product family includes edible collagen casing, non-edible collagen casing, edible collagen film, miniplastics, co-ex gels and plant-based co-ex gel.
