DEATH OF NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

It is with deep sadness and sincere condolences that the Devine Board of Directors advises of the sudden death of Non-executive Director Peter Dransfield on 5 January 2017.

Devine Chairman, Mr David Robinson, said: "On behalf of Devine's Board and all of its employees, I extend my deepest sympathies to Peter's family and friends. Peter made significant contributions to Devine since his appointment in 2010, and was a highly respected member of the development profession and property industry. He will be missed by many."
