Change - Announcement of Appointment::Appointment of Non-Executive Chairman and Independent Director who is also an Audit Committee Member

Mr David Chew Hock Lin has over 22 years experience in restructuring, turnaround and corporate finance. He has experience as a director, in senior management as a Chief Restructuring Officer, Chief Financial Officer and Interim Chief Financial Officer for private and public companies and as a business advisor and investment banker. His knowledge and experience in these areas will add to the strength and expertise of the Board.

Following the resignation of Ms Tan Siok Chin as Non-Executive Chairman and Independent Director of the Company, the Nominating Committee has reviewed the qualifications and working experience of Mr Chew and recommended his appointment. The Board, having considered the Nominating Committee's recommendation, approved the appointment of Mr Chew as the Non-Executive Chairman and Independent Director of the Company. Mr Chew has also been appointed as a member of the Audit Committee and as the chairman of the Remuneration Committee and Nominating Committee.
