Delta Lloyd Leven has purchased a portfolio of Dutch mortgages from Rabobank. The portfolio consists of individual residential mortgages with a total outstanding amount of €500 million and with an average loan to value of 80%.
The transaction fits within Delta Lloyd's strategic asset allocation. Buying the portfolio complements Delta Lloyd Bank's own origination of mortgages. The impact of the transaction on the solvency ratio (SII SF) is negligible.
