Decimal Appoints New Company Secretary

DECIMAL Software Limited (ASX:DSX; "Decimal" or "the Company") is pleased to announce the appointment of David Gardner as Head of Finance and Company Secretary, effective 11 January 2017.

Mr Gardner is a qualified chartered accountant with more than 20 years' experience working with ASX- listed and non-listed companies as well as corporate advisory firms. He has extensive experience in all areas of company reporting, due diligence, governance, capital raising, tax planning and financial management.

In his previous role as Company Secretary for Liquefied Natural Gas Limited, Mr Gardner was part of the executive team responsible for the ASX-listed company being the best performing ASX 200 stock in 2014. Earlier in his career, Mr Gardner worked with Ernst & Young in the global advisory firm's Brisbane and Melbourne offices.

Decimal CEO Nic Pollock said Mr Gardner's prior experience and achievements will be instrumental in guiding the company's ongoing growth.
