Social Life Network, Inc. announced that on May 10, 2019, D. Scott Karnedy resigned as the company's Chief Operating Officer /Director, which resignation was not in connection with any disagreement with the company's management regarding us, the company's operations, policies or practices. On May 10, 2019, the company's Board appointed George Jage as Chief Operating Officer/Director. George Jage has been the President of MjLink.com Inc., the company's wholly owned subsidiary, since January 2, 2019.
Decentral Life, Inc. provides technology business incubator (TBI). The Company operates through individual software as a service (SaaS) licensing agreements with its TBI participating companies and provides each TBI company with the use of its technology platform to run their own social networking and ecommerce company.
