DD Holdings Co.,Ltd. Announces Consolidated and Non- Consolidated Earnings Results for the Period Ended February 2021

DD Holdings Co.,Ltd. announced consolidated and non- consolidated earnings results for the period ended February 2021. For the period, on consolidated basis, Net sales were JPY 23,483 million compared to JPY 57,369 million a year ago. Operating loss was JPY 9,703 million compared to profit of JPY 2,846 million a year ago. Loss attributable to owners of parent was JPY 8,507 million compared to Profit of JPY 1,442 million a year. Basic loss per share was JPY 550.83 compared to earnings of JPY 94.24 a year ago.
For the period, on non-consolidated basis, Net sales were JPY 1,071 million compared to JPY 2,994 million a year ago. Operating loss was JPY 666 million compared to profit of JPY 1,133 million a year ago. Loss was JPY 941 million compared to Profit of JPY 945 million a year. Basic loss per share was JPY 60.97 compared to earnings of JPY 61.81 a year ago.
DD Group Co Ltd is a Japan-based company mainly engaged in the operation of food business, as well as amusement business. The Company operates in two segments. Food and Amusement segment is engaged in the management and operation of restaurants, as well as billiards, darts, karaoke, simulation golf, cafe complexes, capsule hotels in Japan. Hotel and Real Estate segment is engaged in the management of hotels, rental containers, leasing, detached house sales, and villa rentals business.
