The Dai-ichi Life Insurance Company, Limited (the "Company"; President: Koichiro Watanabe) hereby announces changes to its board members of The Dai-ichi Life Insurance Company, Limited., the successor company of The Dai-ichi Life Split Preparation Company, Limited, after the shift to a holding company structure, effective on October 1, 2016.
