D&L Industries, Inc. at its meeting of the board of directors held on August 4, 2020 approved appointment of Mr. Bienvenido B. Gregory, Jr. as Treasurer and Compliance Officer in place of Mr. Amorsolo M. Rosario to serve for the remainder of the term, effective 04 August 2020 and until his/her successor shall be elected and qualified. Mr. Rosario shall still be employed by the company, albeit in another capacity.
