Resignation of Non-Executive Director

CSF Group plc (AIM: CSFG), a leading provider of data centre facilities and services in South East Asia and the largest provider of data centre services in Malaysia, today announces that Richard King, a non-executive director of the Company, is resigning from the Board to pursue other business interests with immediate effect.

Commenting on today's announcement, Phil Cartmell, Chairman, said:
