Guanyun Nonghuan Energy and Environmental Technology Co., Ltd. announced that it will receive CNY 72 million in equity round of funding on August 6, 2021. The transaction will include participation from new investors Yangtze Ecology and Environment Co., Ltd. for CNY 48 million to acquire 60% stake and CSD Water Service Co., Ltd. for CNY 24 million to acquire 30% stake in the company. The registered capital will increase from CNY 8 million to CNY 80 million. The transaction was reviewed and approved at the 7th meeting of the 3rd board of directors CSD Water Service Co., Ltd. and does not need its shareholder's approval.
CSD Water Service Co., Ltd. is a China-based company principally engaged in the investment operation and management of water, sewage and sludge treatment facilities. The Company's main business is divided into four sections. The sewage treatment operations mainly include the construction, renovation and operation of sewage treatment facilities. The sewage and sludge treatment project engineering-procurement- construction (EPC) business mainly includes the construction of sewage treatment facilities, equipment integration, and project management. The sales of technical products business mainly include sales of sewage treatment technology products. Other integrated services mainly include providing technical services and emergency treatment in the sewage treatment operation service area.
