Sino-American Silicon Products Inc. agreed to acquire Zhunan Plant from Sino-American Silicon Products Inc. for approximately TWD 900 million.

Sino-American Silicon Products Inc. (GTSM:5483) agreed to acquire Zhunan Plant from Sino-American Silicon Products Inc. (GTSM:5483) for approximately TWD 900 million on December 13, 2019. TWD 250 million is paid on signing while balance on closing. The Board of Directors of Sino-American Silicon Products Inc. approved the transaction.

Hsieh Dian Jing and Chang Yi Chih of China Real Estate Appraiser Firm and Savills Taiwan acted as appraisers.
