July 1 (Reuters) - Chemicals maker Croda International on Monday said Stephen Oxley will join the company as its next CFO.

Oxley, who is currently CFO of speciality chemicals maker Johnson Matthey, will join Croda no later than April 1, 2025, the company said.

In a separate statement, Johnson Matthey said Oxley will continue with his existing responsibilities and will step down from the board by no later than 31st March 2025.

Croda's Anthony Fitzpatrick, President Strategy, Corporate Development & Industrial Specialties, has been named interim CFO of Croda until Oxley joins the company in 2025.
