NOTICE TO DEBENTURE HOLDERS
CPFL Energias Renováveis S.A. ("Company" or "CPFL Renováveis") hereby announces to the holders of the 5th Issue of Simple Debentures of the Company, non-convertible into shares, in a single series, of the species with real guarantee, with additional fidejussoria guarantee, for public distribution with restricted distribution efforts, that today, on December 17, 2018, the Company made a payment of interest in the total amount of R$3,880,141.00 (three million, eight hundred and eighty thousand, one hundred and forty-one reais) and the payment of principal in the total amount of R$6,000,000.00 (six million reais), related to 43,000 (forty-three thousand) debentures.
