The Management Board of CPD S.A. (the Company) hereby announces the dates of publishing the periodic reports in 2021:

1. Annual report:

- Stand-alone annual report for 2020 - 29^th of April 2021

- Consolidated annual report for 2020 - 29^th of April 2021

1. Half-year report:

- Consolidated half-year report for the first half of the year 2021, containing half-year condensed financial statements - 30^th of September 2021

1. Quarterly reports:

- Consolidated quarter report for the first quarter of 2021, containing quarter financial information - 27^th of May 2021

- Consolidated quarter report for the third quarter of 2021, containing quarter financial information - 25^th of November 2021

Additionally, the Management Board hereby announces that the Company will not publish:

- The quarter report and consolidated quarter report for the fourth quarter of 2020 - in regard to the publication of the annual report on 29^th of April 2021 and on the basis of the article 79.2 of the Decree of Minister of Finance dated 29^th of March 2018 on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and conditions for recognizing as equivalent information required by law of nonmember state (Journal of Laws from 2018.757);

- The quarter report and consolidated quarter report for the second quarter of 2021, on the basis of article 79.2 of the Decree.

Art. 80.1 of the Decree of Minister of Finance dated 29th of March 2018 on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and conditions for recognizing as equivalent information required by law of nonmembers of state
