An unknown buyer agreed to acquire Real Estate Portfolio of 1,371,139 Square Feet in the Northern and Bajio Region from Corporación Inmobiliaria Vesta, S.A.B. de C.V. (BMV:VESTA *) for approximately US$110 million on July 27, 2021. The closing of the transaction is subject to obtaining the relevant governmental approvals, including from the Mexican Federal Economic Competition Commission. The transaction is expected to occur in the fourth quarter 2021.
