Constant Contact®, Inc. (NASDAQ: CTCT), the trusted marketing advisor to more than 450,000 small organizations worldwide, has announced changes to its executive team to support its focus on driving innovation that creates and supports small business success. Joel Hughes has joined the company as senior vice president for strategy and corporate development. Ellen Brezniak has been named senior vice president of customer operations, transitioning from her current role as senior vice president of product strategy. Both roles report to CEO Gail Goodman and are based in the company's Waltham, Massachusetts headquarters.

Hughes will drive strategic direction and corporate development initiatives for Constant Contact. Having founded and led the growth of several technology companies, he brings to Constant Contact solid executive leadership experience and strong mobile expertise. He most recently served as president and CEO of Umber Systems, a leader in mobile data analytics, and also led LiveWire Mobile, a provider of managed personalization services for mobile operators.

With more than 25 years of experience in the technology industry, Brezniak has led Constant Contact's product strategy initiatives for more than five years, overseeing the company's expanding product roadmap and driving key customer experience initiatives. Her in-depth knowledge and understanding of small businesses has helped create a market-leading suite of online marketing tools. In her role, Brezniak will lead customer operations, which includes Constant Contact's award-winning customer support team and other organizations focused on delivering customer success. Brezniak replaces Thomas C. Howd, who is leaving Constant Contact after more than ten years of service with the company. The transition is expected to be complete by the end of March. A search for Brezniak's replacement is underway.
