Condor Hospitality Trust, Inc. announced that Benjamin Wall resigned as a member of the Board of Directors and Audit Committee, effective August 24, 2020. Mr. Wall’s resignation was not due to any disagreement with the Company or its management on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
