Computer and Technologies : C&T Acquires Platinum Software Systems - Further expanding the Group’s business coverage and market share in the HRM software business

Hong Kong, January 6, 2016 - Computer And Technologies Holdings Limited ('C&T Holdings' or the 'Group', Stock Code: SEHK 00046) announced that it has entered into an agreement to acquire 100% of Platinum Software Systems (Shanghai) Company Limited (白金軟件系統(上海)有限公司, 'PSS'), a leading human resources management ('HRM') software provider with significant market presence and large customer base in the Mainland China.

With more than 20 years of experience in offering professional HRM solutions, PSS is serving a large and prestigious pool of customers including well-known large enterprises and multinational corporations in the Mainland China and Hong Kong. Its flagship Platinum HRM software suite provides a comprehensive set of functional modules specifically designed to meet the business and regulatory requirements in the PRC.

The Acquisition of PSS will add to the Group's existing application software business not only a prestigious HRM product suite with proven track records and reputable branding, a strong customer base generating recurring revenue, but also a strong and vibrant team of close to one hundred talents in the Mainland China.
