NOTICE TO SHAREHOLDERS
Companhia de Saneamento do Paraná ("Sanepar"), ("Company"), informs its shareholders and the market at large that in attention to the provisions of CVM Resolution 81/2022, and the guidance provided in the Circular Letter/Year-2023- CVM/SEP, the shareholders Trilha Investimentos Ltda. and Real Investor Gestão de Recursos Ltda., in their capacity as preferred shareholders of Sanepar, have timely nominated Mr. André Luís Rennó Guimarães, and Mr. Fabio Davidovici, to the positions of member and alternate member, respectively, of the Company's Fiscal Council, whose Annual General Meeting, will be held on 04/28/2023, at 2:00 pm. The candidate's information related to items 7.3 to 7.6 of the Reference Form can be found in Exhibit I (Portuguese only).
