Reminder - 3Q12 Earnings Release and Conference Call

Companhia de Bebidas das Américas - Ambev will release its results for the third quarter of 2012 on Wednesday, October 31, 2012 before BOVESPA and NYSE open.

According to Corporate Governance practices, on October 16, 2012 Ambev will enter its Quiet Period, which will last until the conference call hosted by Ambev's Senior Management. During this period, Ambev will not comment on matters related to its results in order to ensure greater transparency and fairness in the information provided to the market.
