CIR continues with buyback program and takes over 486,000 shares

(Alliance News) - CIR Spa announced Monday that between Jan. 9 and Jan. 13, 486,850 shares were purchased.

The shares were taken over at an average unit price of EUR0.4404 for a total value of EUR214,421.69.

CIR thus owns 25.2 million treasury shares, or 2.3 percent of its share capital.

CIR, on Monday, closed in the red by 0.9 percent at EUR0.43 per share.
