Terrie McQuillen Resigns as Vice President of Community Bancorp and as Sr. Vice President and Chief Credit Officer of Community National Bank

Effective April 12, 2019, Terrie McQuillen, a named executive officer of Community Bancorp. (the “Company”), resigned from the Company and its wholly-owned subsidiary, Community National Bank (the “Bank”). Ms. McQuillen was Vice President of the company and Sr. Vice President and Chief Credit Officer of the Bank.
