GRANT OF WAIVER FROM STRICT COMPLIANCE WITH

RULE 14.41(A) OF THE LISTING RULES

References are made to the announcement of Come Sure Group (Holdings) Limited (the "Company") dated 23 July 2020 in relation to the major transaction regarding the tenancy agreement entered into between Wah Ming Colour Printing (Shenzhen)

Company Limited, an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, as tenant and Dongguan Manshengjia Shiye Investment Co., Ltd.* (東莞市滿盛佳實業投資有限公司)

as landlord (the "Major Transaction"), the announcement of the Company dated 13 August 2020 in relation to the delay in despatch of circular relating to the Major Transaction (the "Delay Announcement") and the circular of the Company (the

• Circular") dated 7 September 2020 in relation to the Major Transaction. Unless otherwise stated, capitalized terms used herein shall have the same meanings as ascribed thereto in the Circular.

As disclosed in the Delay Announcement, since additional time is required for obtaining certain information for the preparation of the financial information of the Group in the Circular, the Company has applied to the Stock Exchange for a waiver from strict compliance with Rule 14.41(a) of the Listing Rules (the "Waiver").

The Board wishes to update the Shareholders that the Company has obtained the waiver from the Stock Exchange to postpone the despatch date of the Circular to on or before 8 September 2020. As the Circular has already been published on 7 September 2020, the Company is in compliance with the Waiver.
