Colowide Co.,Ltd. (TSE:7616) agreed to acquire 33.4% stake in Reins International, Inc. from MBI Fund III of Advantage Partners, LLP and Tomoyoshi Nishiyama on September 25, 2014. Colowide will acquire 18.69 million shares in the transaction and on completion will hold 100% stake in Reins International directly and indirectly up from 66.6% stake. The transaction is expected to complete on February 16, 2015.
