COBRA Automotive Technologies S.p.A. Requests voluntary exclusion from the STAR following the reduction of the free float of shares

Varese, February 13, 2013 - The Cobra Group announced today that following a notice from the Italian Stock Exchange that the Company was no longer in compliance with the free float requirement of the STAR segment of the Italian Stock Exchange the Board of Directors of Cobra Automotive Technologies SpA (the "Company") considers that the Company is currently unable to meet the free float requirement and resolved to request exclusion of the Company's ordinary shares, COBRA - ISIN code IT0001142022 (the "Shares"), from the STAR segment of the Italian Stock Exchange as the free float of such shares is less than the minimum of 20% of the capital represented by ordinary shares of the Company required for the STAR segment.

Pursuant to Article 2.5.8 of the Rules of the Markets organized and managed by Borsa Italian SpA (the

"Rules"), the Shares shall continue to trade on the MTA market after exclusion from the STAR segment.

The Company also communicates its commitment to maintain all the corporate governance procedures adopted by the Company to ensure maximum transparency in accordance with the standards required for listing on the STAR segment and reserves the right to apply to the Italian Stock Exchange for the authorization to list the Shares of the Company on the STAR segment when the free float of such Shares

again meets the requirements of Article 2.2.3 of the Rules.
