Details of the comparative profit and loss reporting period

Cluey Ltd ('Cluey' or the 'Company') was incorporated on 28 September 2020 and was inactive until 3 December 2020, when it acquired Quartet Education Holdings Pty Ltd and its subsidiaries (forming the 'Group'). Therefore, the Group's comparative c nsolidated profit and loss financial results reflect the one-month period from 3 December 2020 to 31 December 2020. The trading results of the subsidiaries before 3 December 2020 were excluded because of the entity's accounting policy for Group Reorganisation which is to account for them prospectively from the transaction date.

In addition, attached in the review of operations in the Directors' report is a pro forma consolidated statement of actual profit or loss and other comprehensive income for the 6 months to 31 December 2021 compared to the 6 months to 31 December 2020.
