ClearVue Technologies Limited announced that it has received its first order and deposit for the installation of its patented solar energy skylight windows into a luxury residence in the suburb of Griffith in the Australian Capital Territory (ACT) - the Company's first residential installation of the ClearVue product anywhere in the world. The purchase order provides for installation of eight (8) fixed ClearVue solar PV powered skylights of 1.4m x 0.78m along with supply of additional standard non-solar double-glazed doors and windows and a glass pool enclosure deploying third party tinted (non-vision) solar glazing. The total order value for the glazing for this residential project is approximately AUD $160,000.

The luxury home is being built in the ACT by leading apartment developer Custom Apartments in conjunction with specialist builders Elm Building Group in a project designed by award winning architects, Hugh Gordon Architect. Construction on the project has commenced and is anticipated to be completed by the end of February 2023. ClearVue has previously deployed its solar glass products into various projects across the Asia-Pacific region including a park in Sydney, a shopping centre in Perth, greenhouses in Japan and Perth, as well as various trials in multiple geographies exploring the energy efficiency and power performance aspects of the ClearVue product.

This new project will be the Company's first foray into the residential housing market which is a particularly attractive market for the Company in terms of skylights and roof windows - a market that is very responsive and increasingly active, with high volumes of a commoditised product - unlike high-rise construction façade projects which have a number of steps before product specification and construction ultimately commences. ClearVue has been taking active steps to promote the ClearVue PV glazing product in the context of skylights and roof windows and is actively engaged in discussions with potential licensees in several jurisdictions for the right to manufacture and distribute the ClearVue product for this specific application.
