CJ O Shopping Co., Ltd (KOSDAQ:A035760) announces a share repurchase program. Under the offer, the company will repurchase its own shares. The shares will be repurchased at a repurchase price of KRW 227,398 per share. The repurchases are payable in cash. The record date for the offer is May 23, 2018.
