NOTIFICATION ON DISSOLUTION OF SUBSIDIARY

The Board of Directors of M&C REIT Management Limited (the "MRM"), as manager of CDL Hospitality Real Estate Investment Trust ("H-REIT") (the "H-REITManager"), and M&C Business Trust Management Limited ("MBTM"), as trustee-manager of CDL Hospitality Business Trust ("HBT") (the "HBT Trustee-Manager"), wish to announce that CDLHT Two Ltd, a dormant indirect wholly- owned subsidiary of DBS Trustee Limited (in its capacity as trustee of H-REIT), has been dissolved with effect from 20 August 2019.
