From October 1, 2016 to December 31, 2016, the company has repurchased 30,597 shares, for $1.51 million. With this, the company has completed the repurchase of 42,664 shares, for $2.09 million under the buyback announced on October 21, 2015.
Citizens Financial Services, Inc. is a bank holding company for First Citizens Community Bank (the Bank).
