PROVIDENCE, RI - Citizens M&A Advisory announced today that it served as the exclusive financial advisor to HiringBoss Holdings Pte Ltd., which does business as "Vincere," on its acquisition by The Access Group. Vincere, headquartered in Singapore but primarily based in Vietnam, is a leading provider of innovative recruitment management software used by over 20,000 recruitment consultants worldwide.
